Just For Him have a range of Formal Vests, Ties, Fat-boy Ties and Hankies available for hire.

To determine what size is required, measure around the chest and select which size vest is the closest to the chest size. Please note, if the stomach is larger than the chest, you will need to go with the stomach measurement.

Hire Period

Collection for the vests is on the Thursday prior to the wedding with items to be returned by the close of business (8pm) the following Tuesday. If items are not returned by the due date, a late fee will be charged.

Sizes

Vests are available for hire from size 34” – 50”.  If you require a vest for a smaller or larger person, we are able to assist.  These vests will have to be custom made and will have to be purchased – (price upon request)  In the case of a smaller vest, we are able to get a vest tailor made. If you need a vest sized larger than 50”, you will need to purchase the vest and our tailor will insert extension panels to fit. (POA)

If you are purchasing a suit from Just For Him, the cost to hire is:

We can then go through your requirements with you, and reserve the items required.  Deposits can be made over the phone or by bank transfer.

 TERMS OF HIRING ITEMS

• Hire items are to be collected the Thursday prior to the wedding date.

• All items are to be returned by the due date – the following Tuesday – by 8pm

• If items are not returned by 8pm on the due date, you  will be charged the full retail price of each item that has not been

returned on time. (Vests $80, Ties $35, Pocket Squares $15, Fat-boy Ties $45, Bow-ties $25 per item)

• If you have every intention of returning the items but cannot get them back by 8pm on the due date, you need to phone JFH before 6pm to advise of the delay. You  will be charged a late fee for each day that items are overdue.

 Overdue late fee (per item)

• Single Vest – $10, Single Tie / Bow-tie / Fat-boy Tie – $5, Single Hanky – $5

• SET – Vest, Tie / Bow-tie and Hanky – $15 (per set per day)

• The fee will accrue each day it is late. eg. 2 x Vest, Tie & Hanky Set not returned until Saturday = 3 days late -This incurs a $90 late fee.

NOTE – If items are not returned by 8pm on the due date, the total retail price will be charged to your credit card the following day. If items are returned, the difference between the late fee and the retail price will be credited back onto your credit-card.

No refund will be issued once the late fee reaches the value of the hired items.

Bond / Security

On the day of collection,  a record of your credit card will be taken. Upon the return of the hired items, so long as items are not damaged and don’t have un-removable stains, the credit card details will be disposed of.  If items are damaged or appear to have stains that may not be able to be removed, your credit card details will be retained until the items have been repaired / cleaned. The cost of repair will be deducted from your credit card or if stains cannot be removed, the cost of replacing the item will be deducted from your credit card.
