Shipping Policy
Just For Him will attempt to ship any online order within 7 business days of receipt of order. Shipment is by Australia Post surface mail or Express mail, if this option has been chosen by the purchaser. For estimated delivery times refer to the www.australiapost.com.au website.
Should any goods be out of stock at time of order processing an e-mail will be sent to the purchaser, or phone call made, advising estimated time frame to deliver goods and the choice will be offered to cancel the order if requested.
Online orders are automatically debited against the supplied Credit Card.
Just For Him cannot be held responsible for delays in postage, or the loss of items in transit, as it is out of Just For Him's control.
If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Just For Him, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs. If the customer chooses not to have the item redelivered, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund total and the refund will be issued as a credit note.
If a delivered order is unclaimed/refused by the customer and consequently returned to us, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund total and the refund will be issued as a credit note. The customer will be responsible for additional postage costs if they elect to have the order resent.
Post / Freight Within Australia
Unless specified that freight is free, Just For Him offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, within Australia - of a flat rate of $9.
All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door.
As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.
Please allow 7 business days for your Just For Him order to arrive at your door step. Delivery lead times depend on which state you live.

Just For Him does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
International Air Mail
Any orders placed internationally will be sent via Airmail. This will take approximately 10 - 15 working days. Local postal guidelines apply if no one is home to receive the parcel.
Just For Him offers this method of postage as a less expensive way to receive our product abroad, but does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced once delivered. A signature is not obtained using this postal method – therefore if there is any chance your parcel may end up in the wrong hands, we strongly advise the courier postage method (where is signature is obtained).

Express Courier International
This option is highly recommended if you have a non secure means of receiving your mail, as a signature is required to receive your parcel. This faster service will take approximately 5 - 7, working days. We recommend you advise a work address if you think you may not be home to receive your delivery.
If no one is present to collect the parcel, you will be notified to pick it up from your local post office, otherwise it will be redelivered the following day. This procedure varies in different countries. Additional postage costs will apply if package is returned to Australia, and needs to be resent. Please see below for delivery rates.
